Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Take reasonable steps to notify the user who shared the content (if applicable)
• Process repeat infringer claims in accordance with our policies

Please note that since we do not host content, removal from our service means blocking access to specific URLs. The original content remains on Instagram's servers and should be reported directly to Instagram for complete removal.

Limitation of Liability

Gramtra provides this service "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• User's misuse of downloaded content
• Copyright infringement by users
